22dhk Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 22dhk platform ("22dhk", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the 22dhk website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on 22dhk. We enforce a strict policy against underage gaming.

• Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18
• A National ID or passport may be requested to verify your age
• Providing a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings

• Individuals who have self-excluded due to mental health concerns will not be permitted to re-register

Regarding 22dhk employees: Current and former 22dhk employees, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets or participate in gaming on the platform.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances)
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 22dhk reserves the right to void the affected bets
• For Sports Betting, live odds after kick-off are subject to change based on how the event unfolds
• If match manipulation or abnormal betting patterns are detected on a single event, all related bets will be voided

All game outcomes on 22dhk are determined by a fair and impartial RNG (Random Number Generator) or through live dealers in real time. No outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22dhk. If detected, your account will be immediately suspended and legal action will be taken:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using software bots or automated systems to play games
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in a game or the system
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other members
• Using the 22dhk name or logo without authorization
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems
